1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the CÍCLICAS website (somosciclicas.com) and the purchase of its services, offered by [Pending: legal name of the owner or business] ([Pending: individual or business type, with registration]). By using the site or booking a service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.

2. What CÍCLICAS offers

• Educational content about the menstrual cycle and women's hormonal health, on this site and on Josita Sánchez's social media.
• The CÍCLICAS Strategy Session: a single 1:1 video session of 45 to 60 minutes with Josita Sánchez, for $49 USD.
• CÍCLICAS 1:1 support, for cases where both sides agree to continue after the session, under its own terms.
• Ovulonas, the CÍCLICAS app, currently in private beta for clients and governed by its own terms.

3. Educational nature

Everything CÍCLICAS offers is education and support. The Strategy Session is an educational reading of the patterns in your cycle, from a cyclical-health perspective, with 1 or 2 concrete steps to start with. What you do with that information is your decision.

4. No medical diagnosis or treatment

CÍCLICAS doesn't diagnose conditions, prescribe or change treatments, or prescribe medication. Although Josita Sánchez is a nurse, her role at CÍCLICAS is educational. The Strategy Session is not a medical appointment and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

5. Not a substitute for medical care

Our services complement your doctor's care and never replace it. Don't stop or change a treatment without talking to your doctor. If you have symptoms that affect your quality of life, see a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency services; don't use WhatsApp or this site to ask for urgent help.

6. Who can use the services

The services are intended for people aged [Pending: minimum age, e.g. 18] or older. By booking, you confirm that you meet that age, that the information you share is true, and that you'll use the services for your own care.

7. Booking and payment

Booking starts on WhatsApp. First we talk through your situation to confirm the session makes sense for you. Then you confirm payment of $49 USD and receive a link to choose your time. The session is scheduled once payment is confirmed.

Accepted payment methods: [Pending: accepted payment methods]. The price is the one shown on this site when you book; if it changes, sessions already paid for aren't affected.

8. Scheduling and cancellations

You choose your time from the available slots. Spots are limited because Josita holds every session personally.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and the CÍCLICAS brand belong to [Pending: legal name of the owner or business] or are used with their owners' permission. You may read them and share links to them for personal use. You may not copy, sell or use them commercially without written permission. Materials you receive during your sessions are for your personal use.

11. Access to the site and app

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but it may have interruptions or errors, and we may change or remove content. Access to Ovulonas comes with the Strategy Session and is governed by the terms you accept inside the app.

12. Third-party services and external links

To communicate, take payment and hold sessions we use third-party services such as WhatsApp, [Pending: video call platform, e.g. Zoom or Google Meet] and [Pending: accepted payment methods]. The site also links to Instagram and TikTok. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for how they work or what they contain.

13. Your responsibilities

• Share truthful information, so the reading of your situation is useful.
• Check with your doctor before changing treatments or when symptoms worry you.
• Treat the CÍCLICAS team with respect and don't use the site in ways that harm it or other people.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CÍCLICAS is not responsible for health decisions you make based on its educational content, or for indirect damages arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law gives you and that can't be excluded.

15. Changes to the services and these terms

We may update the services and these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with its date. Changes don't affect sessions already paid for.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction
