1. Introduction
This policy covers the CÍCLICAS website (somosciclicas.com) and the conversations you start from it. The party responsible for your information is [Pending: legal name of the owner or business], who operates CÍCLICAS by Josita Sánchez ([Pending: individual or business type, with registration]), located at [Pending: city and country, or address].
Ovulonas, the CÍCLICAS app, is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy, which you accept inside the app. This policy doesn't cover the information you log in Ovulonas.
2. Information we collect
This site has no forms, user accounts or payments. You don't need to give us any information to browse it.
As with any website, when you visit, your browser sends some technical information to the servers that deliver it: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, date and time. Our technical providers (section 6) handle this information so the site works and stays protected.
3. Information you give us
We only receive personal information when you choose to message us. It may include your name, phone number, country and whatever you tell us about your cycle, symptoms or health.
Health information is especially sensitive. Share it only if you want to, and only as much as you're comfortable with. We use it solely to understand your situation and to prepare or hold your Strategy Session or any other support you sign up for.
4. Contact and communication
The buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a message ready to send. The conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a Meta service that handles your data under its own privacy policy. The CÍCLICAS team reads and replies to your messages.
Sessions take place by video call through [Pending: video call platform, e.g. Zoom or Google Meet], and payment is handled through [Pending: accepted payment methods]. Each of these services handles your data under its own policies. This site doesn't collect card or bank account details.
The Instagram and TikTok links take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
5. Cookies, storage and analytics
This site doesn't set cookies of its own. If you pick a language or dismiss the language suggestion, your browser saves that preference in its local storage (under the name "ciclicas-idioma"). It stays on your device, isn't sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate (for example, how many people viewed a page and from which country or browser). Cloudflare states that this tool doesn't use cookies or local storage to track people and doesn't identify individuals by their IP address or browser.
For security, Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies to tell legitimate traffic apart from automated attacks.
6. Hosting and technical providers
- Hostinger hosts the site's files.
- Cloudflare delivers the site, protects it from attacks and provides the aggregate analytics described above.
Fonts and images are served from the site itself; we don't load resources from Google or advertising networks.
7. How we use information
- To reply to your messages and help you decide whether the session is right for you.
- To schedule, prepare and hold your Strategy Session or other services you sign up for.
- To confirm payments and keep the administrative records the law requires.
- To keep the site working, secure and easy to understand, based on aggregate statistics.
- To meet legal obligations or respond to requests from authorities.
We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
8. Who we share it with
Only with the providers needed to deliver the service (those named in sections 4 and 6), with people who help us with administrative or accounting tasks when necessary, and with authorities when the law requires it. We don't share what you tell us about your health with anyone outside the team handling your case, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your conversations and session information [Pending: retention period, e.g. "while we work together and up to 24 months after"]. After that we delete or anonymize it, except for anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (section 11).
10. Security
The site is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to your messages and session information is limited to the people handling your case. No system is completely secure: if an incident affected your information, we would notify you as required by applicable law.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct information that's wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to certain uses or ask us to limit them.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was already done.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 15. We'll reply within the time limits set by applicable law. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
12. International visitors
We support women in several countries. Our providers may process information in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. When you message us, your information may be transferred to those places so we can provide the service.
13. Children
Our services are intended for people aged [Pending: minimum age, e.g. 18] or older. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We'll post the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we'll point it out clearly on the site.
15. Privacy contact
For any question or request about your information, email us at [Pending: contact email] or message us on WhatsApp.
